Cookies and similar storage

Cookies are small pieces of information a website can store in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that remembers information between visits. This policy covers both. They do not give us general access to your device or personal files.

Storage used by this storefront

Gift Aurea uses local storage for shopping features you choose to use and to remember your privacy choice. These records are stored separately from account passwords.

• gift-aurea-commerce: remembers cart product IDs, quantities, and wishlist selections until you remove them or clear site data.
• gift-aurea-cookie-consent: remembers your choice, notice version, and choice date for up to 180 days; expired choices are requested again.

Account sessions

When the login service is available, it may use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. That cookie is managed by the account service. Use Logout to end a session, and your browser settings to remove remaining site data. Essential account functions are separate from optional tracking preferences.

Optional cookies and tracking

The current storefront does not run optional analytics or advertising trackers. Accept optional records your willingness to allow optional cookies described in this notice; it does not itself install tracking or collect extra information. New tracking purposes will be explained and a fresh choice requested before those tools are enabled.

Change or withdraw your choice

Choose Essential only to decline optional cookies, or Accept optional to save that preference. You can reopen the banner at any time using Cookie settings in the footer and change your choice. Neither browsing nor ignoring the banner counts as acceptance. Choices apply to this browser; use the controls separately on other devices.

Browser controls and expiry

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Clearing site data removes saved shopping information and your cookie choice, so the banner may appear again. If browser storage is blocked, we can apply your choice for the current visit but may ask again later. Choices expire after 180 days or when the notice version changes.
