Using the storefront
Use Gift Aurea responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's information. These terms describe use of the storefront and the general ordering process. Specific details confirmed for your order also apply.
Accounts and login details
Our team provides account email addresses and passwords directly. Keep these credentials private and tell your Gift Aurea representative promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Only use an account you are authorized to access. Account access may be restricted when needed to investigate misuse or protect the service.
Orders, availability and pricing
Review the product, quantity, price, delivery charges, applicable taxes, and any agreed timeline before confirming an order. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve stock or confirm a purchase. An order is confirmed only when accepted through an active ordering service or by our team. If availability or an error affects your request, the revised details must be agreed before proceeding.
Personalized products
Check every name, spelling, date, message, image, size, and delivery detail before approval. Where a preview is provided, review it carefully. Screen colors and image quality can affect how a design appears on the final material. Request corrections as soon as possible; changes may no longer be possible after production begins.
Photographs, designs and permissions
You must have permission to use the photographs, logos, artwork, and text you submit, including permission relating to other people shown or named. You authorize use of that material to prepare and fulfil your requested personalization. Requests involving unlawful content or infringement may be declined. Website designs and product images must not be reused commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Delivery and order changes
Provide a complete delivery address and reachable contact details. Delivery and production estimates depend on the product and the arrangements confirmed for your order. Carrier delays and events beyond reasonable control can affect estimates. Contact the team promptly about address changes or time-sensitive requirements, and review our Shipping page.
Cancellations, defects and refunds
Personalized items are made to your instructions, so change-of-mind cancellation may not be available after production starts. If an item is damaged, defective, or differs from the agreed order, contact the team promptly with your order details and relevant photographs. Review our Returns page and your order confirmation for the applicable process. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.
Website availability and responsibility
We aim to keep product information useful and accurate, but access may be interrupted and errors may occur. Confirm details that are important to your purchase with our team. External sites have their own terms. Nothing here excludes a responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact the Gift Aurea representative handling your account or order for clarification. Updated terms will show a revised date on this page. Changes to general website terms do not automatically change details already agreed for a confirmed order.
