When you use available account, order, or support services, you may provide your email, name, telephone number, delivery address, order details, and messages. Personalized gifts may also involve names, photographs, artwork, or information about a recipient. Only share recipient details and images you have permission to use. Do not send passwords or full payment card details in support messages.
Why information is used
Information submitted to an active service is used to carry out your request: authenticate your account, prepare personalization, arrange an order or delivery, answer a question, and protect the service from misuse. Transaction information may also be needed for accounting and applicable obligations. A cookie choice does not give blanket permission to use all your personal information.
